UK, February 19, 2008 - With the imminent release of the Byron report sure to have a significant impact on the way games are sold in the UK, the regulatory bodies concerned have begun to speak out on their roles in any proposed change to the way the medium is governed in this country.Currently, videogames in the UK are subject to a voluntary system enforced by PEGI, and only if the game features explicit content will it be passed on for classification by the British Board of Film Classification.
