Google Earth : 1,000 Human Lifetimes Looking Spent At It

A post on Techcrunch today includes a video of a speech by Google’s Marissa Mayer outlining the proliferation and future of Google Earth. The presentation was given in Munich a couple of days ago at the DLD conference.
Goole Earth is a truly outstanding piece of software and I use it from time to time to plan days out or to look for new locations to take photographs. However, I find the power of it a little disturbing and somewhat fascinating at the same time!
