Digital Desktop Wallpaper - New Screensavers Page

I have added a page of screensavers to the Digital Desktop Wallpaper website today. The screensavers are provided by Screensavers.com via our Commission Junction affiliate account. The current incentive payout is $0.80 per download (usually $0.60). This amounts to about 40p in English money. In order for us to be paid the end user must download and accept the toolbar that comes with the screensaver.

The following paragraph is taken from the screensavers.com affiliate faq section:

“Screensavers.com is able to pay you for promoting our free screensavers and wallpapers to your users because of our Overture powered toolbar. When a user downloads a screensaver or wallpaper, accepts the toolbar and then performs searches in the custom search box, we get paid on a CPC basis from Overture! We never serve ads through our toolbar and over 70% of all Screensavers.com users accept and use it! We are able to pay you $0.60 for every English language toolbar install you send us. Overture only pays us for searches made in English so the users have to be English speaking. Most sites convert at a rate of 10% from the click. Our ads get CTR’s of up to 10% so you’ll see money coming in immediately!”
